Auction ran smoothly, Had my invoice in a timely manner . Appointment selection for pickup was fast and easy. Got confirmation it was set. My appointment was at 09:30. I showed up at 09:15 was loaded and back on the road by 09:50.

Very easy to pick up and pay for also scheduling pick up is very easy. very nice staff very helpful. BUT, there soft close took 54 minutes to finally end the auction I don't consider that a soft close, Maybe 10 minutes but no more.

We bought several items from the school auction. One item was mistakenly multiplied by 20 on the invoice, and they IMMEDIATELY fixed the issue. Totally trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with. I'll be watching for your other auctions!
